Schedule

Morning Session

  • 10:00 AM – 10:30 AM: Introduction to First Aid
    • Overview: An engaging introduction to first aid, covering topics such as the principles of first aid, common injuries, and emergency response protocols.
  • 11:00 AM – 12:30 PM: First Aid Techniques
    • Overview: Hands-on demonstration of essential first aid techniques, including CPR, wound care, and managing choking incidents. Participants practiced these techniques in groups.
